Cheer Bell Gallery is honored and pleased to announce our first collaboration with Russian Club Hong Kong to host events for the Russian Autumn Cultural Festival. We take pleasure to lead and host the first cultural program of this festival - a solo exhibition of Russian Artist Yulia Shautsukova "Philosophy of Colours".
Yulia Shautsukova lives and works in Hong Kong for the last 10 years. Yulia's painting transfers the best of Russian oil painting techniques into modern art. Her work explores the relationship of colours and emotions inspired by organic forms found in nature. The vibrant colours in her work can surely emanate every viewer's emotions to create their own inner worlds.
Born in Moscow in 1977, Yulia has developed a deep interest in painting since childhood. She studied art at the Crimean University of Art and further studied history of paintings and architecture at the Russian Academy of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture. Yulia travels widely around the world to search for new colours and inspirations. Her paintings are collected by art lovers from different countries such as Russia, Austria, America, Hong Kong, Japan, etc.
